Working Implementation of Hartree--Fock in Julia

This release is the implementation of the Hartree-Fock method in Julia inspired by the tutorial videos from Prof. James Johns at University of Minnesota. This release accurately reproduces the results for the H2 molecule using the STO-3G basis set.
