build(deps): bump axios and @angular-devkit/build-angular

Removes [axios](https://github.com/axios/axios). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [@angular-devkit/build-angular](https://github.com/angular/angular-cli). These dependencies need to be updated together.
