libkrisp APIs and Utilities

1. APIs

• kr_close.3 - close libkrisp database and free memory [Korean]
• kr_open.3 - open libkrisp database [Korean]
• kr_range.3 - Get ranges of ip address about given Country or ISP. [Korean]
• kr_search.3 - Search information of krisp database about given ip address. [Korean]
• kr_search_ex.3 - search user defined table name of krisp database. [Korean]
• krisp_version.3 - return libkrisp version of string type.

2. Utilities

• krisplookup.1 - Obtain Country, ISP information of any IP address.
• krispmkdb.1 - create database of libkrisp form krisp raw CSV data file.
