This is implementation of Video Splash screen as startup splash for full screen mode.
I search any IntroVideo.mp4 in active fullscreen theme folder.
If nothing found - it try to use ThemeOption aware theme to take from ThemeOption plugin settings currently selected intro video.
as a fallback - it use default splash image.
