3.3.0

This role is a fork of geerlingguy/ansible-role-gitlab v3.2.0 (26 November, 2021),
for now just with a bugfix to Make Installation timeout configureable (#221).
I also increased the default timeout from 300s to 600s, as was done by PRs in original repo and as is the number that works for my own infra
