This isn't going to be fancy, it's just a drop-in reinstatement of old behavior.
Should probably also register toggle commands programmatically
Reduce the number of places I have to remember to edit things
Removes the need for scheduling config updates async because we no longer need to migrate legacy player name toggles

People seem to forget that
/silentcontainerand/anycontainerare administrative tools for specific purposes and leave them on constantly. Because I'm aware that other people find this opinion to be distasteful, there is now an addon bundled that restores old behavior.Closes #40
