Java, Gradle, and all dependencies and plugins have been updated to the latest version. Except for Flyway which has problems with JPMS in `10.x`.
Run `./gradlew clean build --no-build-cache --warning-mode=all` to see all the errors. Even then it seems a little flaky about always showing them all, not sure why.
Be sure to import the XML files from `other/` as code styles in Idea.
Technically these are not part of Javadoc by itself despite being used by the Java Class Library's doc comments.
As in missing descriptions and such. Other warnings will still be displayed.
