This project involved using the Hadoop MapReduce framework in order to investigate twitter data. The program I made is capable of searching through twitter data to find: finding retweeted tweets, restricting tweets found to english, counting the hashtags in a set of tweets, and sorting the output of the aforementioned MapReduce outputs.
