Summary

Steps towards compiling full unified environment with Intel oneAPI compilers (icx, icpx, ifort):

• Update submodule pointer for spack for the changes described in Updates towards compiling full unified environment with Intel oneAPI compilers (icx, icpx, ifort) spack#450
• Update shumlib to compile with Intel oneAPI - straightforward, and doesn't need to be sent upstream

Testing

After removing wgrib2 from all virtual packages (I am not going to waste my time fixing these old wgrib2 versions to compile with oneAPI) and excluding ai-env and jedi-tools-env for %oneapi (similar to what is done for %intel), I can build the unified environment and run ecflow_server, ecflow_ui (no other testing done so far).
