A web scraper that reads the information from an image, and web scrapes a website to determine its cosmetic safety rating. The input image is preferably the ingredients used section of a cosmetic product. The software reads each ingredient and web scrapes to find the safety rating and display it.
the lower the rating, the safer it is, -1 means the safety rating couldn't be resolved. The Safety column focuses on safety of long term usage of a certain ingredient. The range is from 1-9, 0-2 being low, 3-6 being moderate and 7-9 being high. There's different rating sources from international organizations like CIR, RTECS, FDA, etc.
