Update Japanese translation.

  • Add missing entries
  • Improve some
  • Fix 適応 -> 適用 (They sound similar but have different meanings)

By the way, iris.nec.failure.title and iris.nec.failure.description seem to be unused, is there any point in translating them?

I fixed the brackets.
Recent pull requests for translations have also not been merged, how can this be merged?
