A block is a set of addresses that you don't want allocated. These are used when you know that you have other devices already allocated to a typically but arbitrarily large DMX range, and you don't care if the fixtures alre listed each by name and footprint in the standard

Relevant options

csv_output_blocks, if on, it will output all blocks to generated patching standard CSV. Format is:

Block name dmxadress
[Block name] [dmxstart]-[dmxend]

Class structure
