OpenHIE Laboratory Workflows Implementation Guide

Overview

This implementation guide is based on the OpenHIE Architecture specifications for Laboratory Workflows defined in the OpenHIE Architecture Specifications in Section 4.5.

This guide is based on communication between OpenMRS and OpenELIS, two global goods that serve as reference implementations of and EMR and LIS for OpenHIE. See the Instant OpenHIE project for more information.

Building Locally

Install nodejs

https://nodejs.org/en/download/

Install Jekyll

Install ruby and ruby gems: https://www.ruby-lang.org/en/documentation/installation/

Install Jekyll gem

gem install jekyll

Install Sushi

npm install -g fsh-sushi
sushi --help

Update IG Publisher

./_updatePublisher.sh

Run IG Publisher

./_genonce.sh

Open Published IG

Open `./output/
