Learn about vigilant mode.

Modified how the Ringwraiths and Witch-king apply their Might, Will, Fate and Attacks stats. It is now automatically picked, applied and the points will show before selecting the warband. (other wargear will still show up as options, I may change this in the future) #6
Fixed Ringwraiths not being applied in their warband.
Fixed missing warband option for Mirkwood Ranger Captains in the Rangers of Mirkwood list. Added descriptions for missile weapons and all other wargear, except the one ring.
