Changes:

• Updated the extension to manifest V3, now using service_workers
• This has come with the side effect of not being able to run the code that detects which system theme you are using, light/dark.
• The extension now only have one theme, dark text and icon with white background.
• Removed the library moment.js. now using custom code that calculates the week number. Made the extension 10x smaller.
