Notes on scrum meetings

Sprint preparation meeting:

Assessment of the requirements and checkpoints as stated by stakeholders

Revision of the starter pack

PO started working on the creation of user stories based on stakeholder requirements

Backlog grooming meeting:

Clarification of stories: Scrum master asked the PO to clarify some of the stories Breakdown of stories

Resource planning: Dev team established their output capacity

Estimation: Scrum master assigned story-points to the user stories created by the PO

Scrum master and Lead Dev prioritized stories

Acceptance criteria: PO and Scrum master agreed on acceptance criteria

Documentation: Documentation of completed tasks

Sprint review meeting:

Product demonstration: Dev team presents to the PO the progress made on the product.

Dev team presets the basic structure of the "evenbrite" site: The site has HTML structure (footers and headers are present), an initial list of events is set, the site is lodged under a "withered-horizon" URL and events have basic input boxes. Reviewed sprint goals : project is ahead of schedule

Determined backlog refinements:

a) Urgent: Site needs to show the emails of people that RSVP to the event

b) High: Site should control for "bad images" (wrong format etc)

c) Low: Add option to donate to an event (maybe via QR code).
