### twoSidedHeadplateHolder_wide_sendcutsend and twoSidedHeadplateHolder_v3_scs.dxf

A version designed to be cut by sendcutsend.com from a flat sheet of stainless steel. Each one costs about $80, which is cheaper than getting the aluminum one machined. Another advantage is that the 4-40 hole threads are prone to wear out over time and this happens quite a lot more slowly with steel. The disadvantage is that the material is a bit thicker and send-cut-sent dimensional accuracy does not quite match CNC machining. To place an order: Upload twoSidedHeadplateHolder_v3_scs.dxf and choose material Stainless Steel (304 series) (.187"). Select 4-40 tapping for smaller holes and 1/4-20 tapping for larger holes. It is possible that thinner versions of stainless steel would work as well but we have not tested those. This design has more holes than the other headplate holder in order to accomodate ever wider headplate designs (such as harveylabwideheadplate_1p4in.dxf). However it should be backwards compatible with all the headplates listed here.
