Made more responsive

In the previous version the user interface was blocked while the program was trimming pixels. This version fixes that annoyance. I removed the Appimage because the 32 bit Windows version runs fine when using wine in Linux. I removed the 64 bit windows version because the 32 bit version runs just as fast on Windows.

I made the source prettier (and hopefully easier to understand) by consolidating all functions related to manipulating .photon files into one c++ object.
