SPV3 Loader (or Gemini) window is cropped i.e. the right half is inaccesible

Go to Windows Graphics Settings, add the launcher, and set its performance mode to High Performance.
- Open Graphics Settings.
- via Run
- Press 🪟+R
- Enter
ms-settings:display-advancedgraphics
- via Search
- Press 🪟
- Type
graphics
- Select "Graphics Settings (System Settings)"
- Click the "Add an App" ListBox
- Select Desktop App
- Click Browse
- Browse to and select SPV3.exe (or the whatever the Loader's filename is if it's changed)
- If you have another window with SPV3's folder open, hold SHIFT and Right-Click the file to open the extended context menu. Then, click "Copy Full Path" and paste the full path into the "File name" ComboBox in the Open File dialog.
- After adding the Loader to the list in Graphics Settings, scroll down to and click its entry, click Options, select High Performance, and then Save.
