This removes almost all fan Ages from the repository. Still remaining are Chiso, Veelay, and GoMePubNew. Chiso will be particularly challenging to untangle since it is in the base game's PRPs. We also need to remove all fan Age linking panels from the Nexus and GUI_District_BkBookImages.prp.
