This is the pyBusPirate2 wiki, where you can get all the information related pyBusPirate2 module and tons of examples (not yet so please be patient).
The module pyBuPirate2 relies on a 3rd party python module called pySerial to communicate with the Bus Pirate so you’ll also need it if you don’t have it already.
