Remote Admin Console Overview

The Remote Admin Console is a tool that helps manage TShock (Terraria) servers. The tool consists of a number of tabbed windows with information and functions that significantly enhance the ability to administer a TShock server from a remote location.

The tabs are:

Server Tab Information about the current server.

Console Tab Allows administrator to execute console commands and a few other server management functions.

Player Tab Shows the information about a online player such as inventory and colors. Not editable.

Ban Tab Lists all the banned players and information about the ban. Also provides direct link to player inventory.

Users Tab Lists all the users defined in the TShock database for servers utilizing Server Side Characters. Provides direct links to account holder inventory and colors. Provides ability to edit inventory items.

Inventory Tab Shows all the inventory for the Server Side Character. Allows the ability to edit the inventory.

Groups Tab Lists all the groups established on the server. Also lists the permissions for each group.

Config.json Tab Displays the last few lines of the server log file.

SSCConfig.json Tab Displays the last few lines of the server log file.

Log Tab Displays the last few lines of the server log file.

Settings Tab Allows the administrator to define the user credentials and server to be connected to in future sessions.

Clicking on a tab will display the associated information. Many of the tabbed sections have a refresh button in the top left corner and must be clicked to populate the default data for that tab.

The Player tab and Inventory tab are disabled until a user is selected on either the server or users tab, respectfully.
