Random Spell Scrolls - Better Summon Cow handling:

• No longer roll the vanilla scrolls exposing this spell.
• No longer roll a scroll from Planar Sphere due to it attempting to teach this spell.

The spell can still be enabled to roll via installing Shard of Ice's restoration component.
