updated NPM packages and set TravisCI config up to test all major Nod…

…eJS versions listed in the package.json `engine` spec. (though I very much doubt that the antique NodeJS version < 4.0 are actually supported, but TravisCI will us tell us faster than I can set up those old environments locally. ;-) )
