  1. Make sure the title is descriptive of what the PR includes. Don't mention
    issue names/numbers; save that for the description.

  2. List the names of those who contributed to the project.

  3. Link the issue the pull request is meant to fix/resolve.
    Feature: Add Necessary Markdown Files and Issue Templates #27

  4. Add all labels that apply. (e.g., documentation, ready-for-review)

  5. Describe the contents and goal of the pull request.
    The goals are to make the PRs and Issues neater and add the SECURITY.md, CONTRIBUTING.md, and `CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md files.

  6. Will coverge be maintained/increased?
    Not impacted

  7. What operating systems has this been tested on? How were these tests conducted?
    Windows, but they are Markdown and work on GitHub

  8. Include a code block and/or screenshots displaying the functionality of your
    feature, if applicable/possible.

LGTM! Please ensure that these standards are strictly enforced. It's fine to revisit and adjust policies later in the semester if they become more of a hindrance than a benefit. However, it’s crucial to maintain consistency and adhere to the agreed-upon standards across the entire team.
