Dolphin Enhanced 1.1.1 (HOTFIX)

This version fixed some important issues that were reported on the last version:

• Fix custom GPU drivers not being set
• Correct custom GPU drivers sections (Fixed custom GPU drivers not working)
• Fix in-app Post-Processing shaders not being shown

Backported features that has been considered the best:

• FramebufferManager: Copy to color format for depth readbacks on GLES
• DVDInterface: Increase the latency for read commands (Fixes Edd N Eddy)
• Arm64Emitter: Fix 64-bit TBZ/TBNZ encoding

Some extra features:

• Implement expand to display cutout option
• Fix some minor UI design issues
• Minor code cleanup & refactoring

If you have set GPU drivers on 1.1 version, you must set them again on this version to get them working.
