  1. Removed the MV bio fuel area 

    This area was duplicated in the bio fuel for the masses chapter. Along with providing players with worse options for carbon meshes and creation of ethanol/methanol.

  2. Removal of some quests in HV 

    These quests are effectively duplicates of the oil chapter that advise the player how to create CBD.
