Adresses these issues:
(#16658 (comment)) by simply changing the name of the quest.
(#16658 (comment)) by removing the LV cutting machine quests as a prereq since its not needed (exquisite diamonds can be found with small ores, you could create one with a implosion compressor, etc.).
(#16658 (comment)) by adding a paragraph stating that the crops should be used instead of the seed if its pams harvestcraft.
