This site uses jekyll 3.8.5. This was released in November 2018.

We should update this and other ruby dependencies to ensure we're getting security and performance updates.

  • Update to Jekyll 4.2.2
  • Use ruby >= 2.4.0
  • Update bundler
  • Update bundler dependencies
