I'd like all impact stories to follow the URL slug format, e.g.: https://digitalcorps.gsa.gov/projects/state-department-leveraging-data-to-support-the-release-of-222-nicaraguan-political-prisoners/

/agency-full-title

For example, right now: https://digitalcorps.gsa.gov/projects/acf-iprc/ should be /acf-improving-post-release-care-to-migrant-children-and-sponsors
