Change of GEANT4 simulation input data for HPGe to better match measured array performance. Corresponding changes to HPGe array configuration inputs to add options for chamber and shields, plus dynamic option generation to avoid erroneous combinations.

DOI trigger

A few tiny changes, but mostly just kicking zenodo for a DOI.

Bootstrap Rebuild

v1.3 rebuilds the Efficiency Calculator's layout with Bootstrap, drops the Brick dependency, and generally cleans up the code under the hood.

SCEPTAR O(1)

v1.2 promotes SCEPTAR to a fully simulated subsystem with a complete set of plots of efficiency v. Q. Commit messages and simulation detail widget describe the limitations of the simulations and fits applied. The Brick x-tags library has been introduced to manage transitions between electron and positron views.

First Production Version

Added Si(Li) and triples since last release, and cleaned up some style and usability issues.
