Hire a graphic designer

This person, should be in charge of anything graphic related to the app.

All the resources currently used were created either by @aparedes, @SantiagoTorres or by me. We are not designers hence the plain and pale look of the app. If we were to hire someone this person could take charge of changing everything as required. Key things to do are:

• Better looking icons for the home screen.
• Theming the app to a specific topic/texture that's not cheesy as it is right now.
• Update all resolutions consistently.
• Work using only Adobe Illustrator files (constantly changing resolution of resources is a pain in the ass but Apple seem to love to do this).
• She must be cute and live in Boulder, Co.

This person should be a one-time-hire, we don't need someone working on this constantly.

Do you know how to "roll" with those guys? I don't, so I don't know risks/advantages. If you think you can find someone, go for it that will save us some bucks :P

Great! Remember that a key to this is to hire them, hence we will also need the department to approve this before anything.
