INIT - python2

Initial release of hashmove - a python script that:

copies files from A-B
hashes A and B copies
Compares the hashes
Deletes A copy if they match

It can also:
Verify a file or directory against another
Print the hashes to a sidecar file
Copy the file instead of moving
Just h*ckin hash it

python 2.7 only atm, python 3 coming soon
