NOPE. Put the Assault Carbine in the place of the infiltrator. Enclave has no way to compete with BOS early on because of what BOS's head roles start with. There is no way to properly fight back against them unless RNG favors you, that's not fun. |

About The Pull Request
NCR CE gets a Grenade Launcher for their explosives loadout.
NCR Trail ranger gets a trail carbine instead of a cowboy repeater
Explorers finally get loadouts again and meds / tools
Enclave Gunnery Sergeant actually gets a choice between guns and has their impractical neostead replaced with a winchester for their shotgun loadout
Shotgun + PW Ripper or Assault Carbine + a silencer and a box of ESDs
Enclave Specialist can actually choose between engineering / medical, they were hard-locked to medical before. They can choose between a medbeam and surgical/chem knowledge or a 40mm + explosives / scrapping knowledge.
The Head Knight starts with tools. Dunno why they didn't before.
