Updates the modular HUD file to have all of TG's hud updates.
This really only changes a few things, per icondiffbot:
I also removed the unused sec-med and expeditionary icons while I was here.
We really need to sort out a way to have our hud stuff applied without having to entirely override TG's hud file man...

TG doesn't even have an icon for the Bit Avatars so that one being empty is sadly by design.

fix: fixed a few missing/outdated HUD icons, including the Bitrunner's SecHUD icon, and switching the "Suspected" tag to match the color used on consoles
