Original PR: Skyrat-SS13/Skyrat-tg#25003
About The Pull Request
Depends on a mirror of tgstation/tgstation#79736, which includes tamable icemoon wolves.
A new "anointing bloodresin" icewalker-only item has been added to facilitate players naming their wolves and includes a little bit of ritual-like flavor text to fit the setting. Immersion! It requires 80u liquid gibs (obtained by collecting gibs in a beaker/mortar) and 20u blood (obtained from bullying weaker icewalkers... or just using a crude syringe in the northeast hut) and ONLY functions for icewalkers. Even if crew pick it up, it flat out will not work for them.
To better facilitate their mechanical use as more than just props, I've added an examine_more (double shift-click) prompt that hints at a tamed pet's general health (this applies to all pets, not just wolves) and a reminder that sutures and "creams" (aloe cream) can potentially heal damage dealt to them.
On top of all this, I've also added one pack of glowshroom seeds to the Hearth's main fungus seed barrel. This makes it functionally viable for icecat medicine players to engage in a convoluted but consistent process to create strange reagent using resources immediately available to them - and one often overlooked use of strange reagent is reviving mobs. As well as resurrecting players with heavy organ damage, on an unrelated note.
How This Contributes To The Skyrat Roleplay Experience
Actual access to renaming potions lets icewalkers name their newfound wolf packs and bond better with them, and also gives hunters more to do in a round (harvesting gibs for the wolf handlers). Glowshrooms being available every round considerably expands icewalker access to valuable chemicals with some considerable effort, helping medicine-man/shaman players feel more valuable.

add: Examining tamed companions of any type with shift double-click now gives a brief indication as to their overall health. This also includes a handy reminder on how to heal pets if they get injured.
add: A new recipe for anointing bloodresin is now available exclusively for Primitive Demihumans, made from 80u liquid gibs and 20u of blood. Bloodresin invokes traditional rites of the Hearth to give names to worthy creatures. Using this in poor ways may displease the Gods. Woe upon your lineage.
add: A single pack of glowshroom mycelium has been added to the Hearth's starting seed stores for the benefit of creative healers, shamans, and radiation enthusiasts.
