About The Pull Request
Swaps the breach shield gen to the meteor shield sat in the binyat's blacklist. The former's emag_act is pretty harmless since it just unlocks the controls if they've been locked. The latter is the 'do it ten times to make the round end in a hilariously destructive fashion.' Not that we've had the issue before, but might as well fix that.
