Original PR: NovaSector/NovaSector#4534
About The Pull Request
Adds ACCESS_WEAPONS to the Quartermaster ID trim. That's it.
How This Contributes To The Nova Sector Roleplay Experience
The Quartermaster starts with a Rengo, a high-power longarm and one of the more difficult weapons to acquire. However, unlike the other jobs that start with a weapon in their locker (bartender, HoP, et cetera,) the QM didn't start with the permit required to legally use it. Now they do, and we're all better off not having to deal with pointless Security scuffles over the person who is issued a gun at the start of every shift daring to carry it with them.
