В случае если вы не оплатите штраф в течении N времени (по дефолту 10 минут) вы автоматически получаете Crime в личное дело и прилагающийся к нему статус розыска
Как это может улучшит/повлиять на игровой процесс/ролевую игру
Позволит СБ не отслеживать такую мелочевку вручную, а экипажу поможет избежать споров о точности с которой СБ считают положенное им время.
Так же стимулирует вас оплачивать штрафы вовремя.
