* Adds one way exits to Tramstation science entrance (#79839)

Adds unrestricted/one-way exits to the entrance of Tramstation's science
department
Every other map has this, I believe tram had it too but it wasn't added
in the large tram rework. It's good for the game because consistency
between maps is good.
