Suggested edits:

  1. Remove Indecent Exposure (leave empty, or at most make the law being about extreme kinks, not regular sex/nudity);
  2. Decorporealization, the way is written, might be a bit problematic, since it could be interpreted as simply using the mindswap power being something worthy of death penalty;
  3. Sedition could be on the same paragraph of rioting and hooliganism, as sedition (aka, revolution) feels like something belonging to the same category;
  4. Maybe add grievous bodily injury unless considered a worse assault?;
  5. Maybe add espionage as capital somewhere (to properly punish proven Syndicate agents);
  6. Do the proposed "did different charges for different classes of items" thing, such as different contra and severity classifications for items and substances; maybe also different crime severity like first degree, second degree, etc.;
  7. Abuse of power is arguably bad enough that might be worth being a capital;
  8. Reword animal cruelty, as sounds like it's meant only for sentient non-humanoids;
  9. Could add a law to punish a little more harshly people going rogue and completely ignoring their head's orders (something worse than failure to comply I mean);
  10. Add escape crimes? And maybe one for outsiders who aid escape; could be tiered like, break out of custody>break out of confinement>prison escape;
  11. Extend the rape definition so that may also extend to non-sophonts?;
  12. Include "part of Command/Security" as part of the aggravating modifiers;
  13. Reword vandalism to comprehend not just "superficial damage" but damage in general, or make a crime worse than vandalism for people going around breaking stuff;
  14. Maybe add some "abandonment of duty" charge as misdemeanor or felony, to punish people putting ERP before emergencies (or reword endangerment to include this)?;
  15. Rework brig times, some of them are too high, some of them too low, IMO (for example: vandalism if made to comprehend more serious vandalism could be just "as necessary", harassment could be 1 or 2 minutes higher, assault maybe 1 minute higher, endangerment and rioting definitely 2 minutes higher (rioting maybe even 4), etc.).
