Slimes are amorphios creatures, waht stops them form adaptin traits from other races but with slime? well this allows slimes do equip markings of other races

What i think i could do is clean up some of the names of some markins so they are more univeral and include the names of the race in it, but its not necessery for the function of this |

This Pr allows slimes to equip compatblie markings form other races
Inital testing didnt show bugs, and over all it should not mess with the over all code or change it much, biggest chage is the
Floof station\floofstation1\Resources\Prototypes\Species\Slime.yml i added missing body parts to slimes so they would be compatible with other races markings, they follow "MobSlimeMarkingFollowSkin" slime skin color
