Consistent use of ids vs. names

The API requires ids for atlases, parcellations, regions, and features. However, in some cases a real ID is expected, while in other cases (e.g. regions) a full human-readable name seems to be expected. This should be streamlined. If a name is expected, the parameter should be named as such.
