CBrain at JSC - Application Porting

In this session we aim to port applications managed through the CBrain portal. The CBrain deployment at Juelich will be specifically used. This is just to make sure the integration works on the JSC resources. The envisioned applications are: Hippunfold and Cell Segmentation.

From discussions yesterday, will also:

1)see about configuring within CBRAIN access to the local DataLad space at Juelich for tasks that would be launched on JSC.
2) Update of the CBRAIN Data Provider type (as discussed with Pierre) used for the JSC connected storage
