Description

• Makes dropdowns in the GUI for elements encoded in the schema with In like https://github.com/FCP-INDI/C-PAC/blob/b7a29ed810e2de1e0d147a7018cdf9abeb27889b/CPAC/pipeline/schema.py#L516
• Dropdowns in lists (with In like https://github.com/FCP-INDI/C-PAC/blob/b7a29ed810e2de1e0d147a7018cdf9abeb27889b/CPAC/pipeline/schema.py#L510-L513) (70899f2 & f33b7fe)

Technical details

I manually ran gather_schema.py locally to convert the Voluptuous schema to a JSON-serializable format and dumped the JSON output in c-pac/resources/pipeline/schema.json. The idea is that the CI for FCP-INDI/C-PAC will update this repo's c-pac/resources/pipeline/schema.json whenever CPAC/pipeline/schema.py changes in that repo's main or develop branches.
