👋 I don't have write access anymore (no longer with Expedia) so cannot merge. We generally kept the Jackson version in sync with SpringBoot one to avoid any potential conflicts - both 3.1 (currently used) and 3.2 still point to Jackson v2.15. @samuelAndalon any thoughts on this? |
agree, we should stick to the library versions specified by spring. |

📝 Description
2.15.1 has a vulnerability: CVE-2023-35116
2.16.1 has a bunch of unrelated changes as well:

It might be worth doing a small dot release with this, as I've been really struggling to force the Gradle plugin to use a newer version.
