I had problems with my calender (exchange - working before - giving me the 401) and came here.
I pulled this branch, made an XPI and it fixed my problem.

Problem signature: Calender does not update, TB error-console (Ctrl-Shift-J) shows something like this:

https://UID:[email protected]/ews/exchange.asmx [HTTP/1.1 401 Unauthorized 2ms]

Really? It has been 1 month since the issue has been identified. It is reviewed and tested, but still no release???
