Hola! He creado un fork del desarrollo inicial e hice algunos cambios para aquellos que no tengan el padrón 2021, principalmente en la descarga de los PDF y en el procesamiento de los mismos para su extracción a CSV. Si te parece, lo puedes añadir a tu repositorio.
