Fixes Issue

Closes #9115

Changes proposed

  • Implemented functionality to export user QR code as lockscreen wallpaper.
  • Added Export as Wallpaper button to export qr code as wall paper
  • Added library html-to-image to convert html into image. Library link:- Click here
