release 1.8.4 does exist, but I forgot to rename the API package to async, thus creating a wrong package. This version has been deleted from Pypi.
So for clarification:
The version 1.8.4 is the version that supports async, but is on the same "feature" status as 1.8.3. Version 1.8.4
